Depending on your chosen experience: Market Tour & Cooking Class: guided market visit, street food tasting, hands-on cooking, meal at the end, recipe booklet, and souvenirs. Street Food Tour: guided tasting at local food spots (day or night). Spice Workshop: hands-on spice preparation, ingredients sourced from the market, take-home spice blends.

The market tour is included in the signature experience because it’s an essential part of the journey — sourcing ingredients, tasting street food, and connecting with local culture. Even if you prefer not to explore the market in depth, the price remains the same, as the experience includes preparing your ingredients, hands-on cooking, cultural storytelling, and take-home souvenirs.

Guests are responsible for their own transport to the meeting location and after cooking class. Transportation from the market to the kitchen will be catered for. We provide guidance and recommendations to make getting to the meet up location easy.

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. For individual or group bookings, earlier is better.

All experiences are conducted in English. Along the way, you’ll also learn a few Hausa/Twi/Ga phrases to connect deeper with local culture.

For security and planning reasons, we do not accept in-person payments. All bookings must be completed online via mobile money or bank transfers.
