Hi I’m Haja — a Ghanaian food entrepreneur, storyteller, and proud second-generation Nigerien migrant born and raised in a vibrant Zongo community in Accra. I grew up in an extended family where food wasn’t just about eating — it was how we gathered, celebrated, healed, and passed down culture.

 

My passion for food and storytelling led me to create AFRO EATS by haja — a space to share the flavors and heritage I grew up with, while preserving traditional food knowledge and highlighting underrepresented narratives.​
